These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website operated by ANADH TEX ("ANADH TEX", "we", "us", or "our"), and your purchase of any products from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are using the website on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make every reasonable effort to display product details accurately, but please note:

  • Colour variation: Fabric colours shown on screen may differ slightly from the actual product due to monitor settings, lighting at the time of photography, and natural variation between fabric batches. Such variation does not constitute a defect.
  • Measurement tolerance: Precut fabric pieces are cut by hand. A tolerance of up to ±2% on the listed length is considered standard and acceptable.
  • Handloom and natural fabrics: Minor irregularities in weave, slubs, knots, or texture are inherent to handloom and natural fabrics and are part of their character, not defects.
  • Stock availability: Listing a product does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the product is out of stock or mispriced.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
  • Strike-through prices (e.g., ₹188) reflect the original MRP. The discounted price is the amount payable.
  • Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • We reserve the right to change prices, discounts, and offers at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply to orders already confirmed.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
  • Payment must be completed in full before an order is processed. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Acceptance

An order placed on the website is an offer by you to purchase the product. The contract is formed only when we send a confirmation email accepting the order and dispatching the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailability of stock, or breach of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship across India through third-party courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery timelines shown at checkout are indicative, not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or government restrictions are outside our control.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated unavailability, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  • International shipping, if offered, is subject to additional terms, customs duties, and import taxes that the customer is responsible for.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

7.1 Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, the cancellation policy below applies.

7.2 Returns

Due to the nature of fabric, the following rules apply:

  • Precut and cut-to-order fabrics are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or are materially different from what was ordered.
  • Returns for damage or wrong product must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and the original packaging intact.
  • Fabrics that have been washed, cut, stitched, or altered are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
  • Minor colour variation, weave irregularity, or measurement variation within tolerance (Section 3) are not valid grounds for return.

7.3 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of the returned product being received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

8. Use of the Website

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or related systems.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the website without our written permission.
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse of the fabric, including but not limited to incorrect washing, cutting, or stitching by the customer or a third party.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government action, courier failure, internet outages, or power failures.

14. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Visiting third-party websites is at your own risk.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
