Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how ANADH TEX ("ANADH TEX", "we", "us") processes, packs, and ships orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you accept the terms of this policy along with our Terms & Conditions.

Domestic shipping only: We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping. Orders with shipping addresses outside India will not be accepted.

1. Where We Ship

  • We ship to all serviceable PIN codes across India.
  • If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you and offer a full refund.
  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, military APO/FPO addresses, or addresses outside India.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive periods, or unforeseen disruptions, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days. We will notify you if this affects your order.
  • Custom or precut fabric orders may take additional time as each piece is cut and inspected before dispatch.

3. Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location. The estimates below are indicative only and start from the date of dispatch (not the order date):

Other Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) 3–6 business days

Remote areas, Northeast India, Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands 7–12 business days

Total estimated time = Processing time (1–3 days) + Delivery time.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, weight, and delivery PIN code.
  • Final shipping charges are displayed clearly before payment. No hidden charges are added later.
  • We may run free-shipping offers above a minimum order value. Eligibility is shown at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), where offered, may carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout.

5. Courier Partners

We dispatch orders through reputed third-party courier partners. The courier assigned to your order is decided based on serviceability, speed, and reliability for your delivery location. We do not allow customers to choose a specific courier partner.

6. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's website.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

  • Most courier partners attempt delivery 2–3 times before marking a parcel as undelivered.
  • Please ensure someone is available at the shipping address during business hours.
  • If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, the customer is unreachable, or the parcel is refused at the door, the parcel will be returned to us ("RTO").
  • For RTO cases: we will refund the product value, but the original shipping charges and any return shipping fees charged by the courier will be deducted from the refund.
  • If you wish to have the parcel re-shipped after RTO, fresh shipping charges will apply.

8. Address Accuracy

  • It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including PIN code, landmark, and a working phone number.
  • Address changes can be requested before dispatch by emailing us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the change will be made if the order is already being packed.
  • Address changes are not possible after dispatch. The courier may charge an additional fee for any post-dispatch redirection, which will be borne by the customer.

9. Risk and Title

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
  • Title to the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment and delivery, whichever is later.
  • If a parcel appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at Anadh2210@gmail.com within 48 hours.

10. Damaged or Missing Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the outer packaging and contents before unpacking and report it within 48 hours of delivery at Anadh2210@gmail.com.
  • If a parcel is marked "delivered" by the courier but you have not received it, report it within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp. We will raise an investigation with the courier. Resolution depends on the courier's findings.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

11. Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery timelines are indicative, not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier-side issues, route disruptions, or vehicle breakdowns.
  • Weather events, floods, strikes, or natural disasters.
  • Government action, lockdowns, or regional restrictions.
  • Incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient.
  • Festive-season volume surges.

In such cases, we will share the courier's status with you and assist in following up, but we cannot offer compensation for delays beyond our control.

12. Multiple Items in One Order

Where possible, we ship all items in an order together. In some cases, items may be shipped separately based on stock location. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment, with no additional shipping charges.

13. Taxes and Invoicing

  • All prices on the website include GST unless stated otherwise.
  • A GST tax invoice will be sent by email and/or included in the parcel.
  • If you require GST input credit, enter your GSTIN at checkout. Requests to add a GSTIN to an invoice after dispatch cannot be accommodated.

14. Returns and Refunds

For information on returns, replacements, and refund processing, please refer to our Terms & Conditions. Cut-piece and precut fabric is non-returnable except in cases of damage or wrong product.
